REFUNDS WITHIN THREE WORKING DAYS

Even though most of our products are made custom for you, we at Ifania Designs (also known as Imaginations Flying, LLC) want to assure your satisfaction with our products.   Therefore, we do allow refunds but only if you return the good to us within three working days from when you received the product and we receive the product back.  (Until we receive the product back, the risk of loss is on you.)  You will pay for the return unless the product is defective, in which case we will reimburse you the shipping amount. 

LAYAWAY

Ifania Designs (also known as Imaginations Flying, LLC) has a layaway plan where we will require downpayment of 1/3 of the product price and then space the rest of the payments over a period of time agreed by you and Imaginations Flying, LLC.  For our layaway plan, we accept payments by United States Postal Service Money Order, Western Union Money Order, Paypal Money Transfer, or another method agreed to by Imaginations Flying, LLC.  There are no refunds of layaway amounts but exchanges are allowed but only if you return the good to us within three working days from when you received the product and we receive the product back.  (Until we receive the product back, the risk of loss is on you.)
